About the Role:
The Event Project Manager is responsible for designing and executing a large-scale, enterprise-level event strategy that caters to a global audience. This position involves comprehensive planning, including timeline development, budget oversight, and resource management. The Event Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for all event-related operations, ensuring coordination between internal teams and external partners to meet strategic goals while delivering a world-class event experience.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale event management.
  • Proven experience managing events with 1000+ participants.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with global teams and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative experience working with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficient in event management software and other relevant digital tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site during event execution to ensure all operations run smoothly.
Skills:
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress independently.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills to work across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to swiftly learn new tools, concepts, and strategies while maintaining a consultative approach.

  • Confident in presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Skilled in event management and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
