Position Overview:
Our team is seeking a Program & Change Management Lead to support large-scale transformational projects within the Claims Department. This role will be crucial in driving business process improvements and technological changes across various teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, manage stakeholder engagement, and apply robust change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of changes.
This position is ideal for a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of leading hybrid execution teams, collaborating across departments, and driving impactful organizational change.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience in program and project management, particularly in managing large-scale transformational initiatives.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in executing change management processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with agile teams, employing hybrid execution methods.
  • Strong track record of performing well under pressure and managing high-demand, tight-deadline environments.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, ADO) and other software for tracking and reporting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MS or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Change Management certifications (e.g., ADKAR) are an asset.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or managing projects involving claims is a plus.

  • Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
