This role is key in driving communication efforts related to major transformational initiatives that involve significant business process and technology changes. The ideal candidate will develop and execute communication strategies that not only support these changes but also raise awareness of the value of the claims function across the broader organization.This position focuses on both high-level strategic planning and the tactical execution of internal and external communications. The successful candidate will be creative, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and deliver impactful communication results.Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years of experience developing both strategic and tactical internal communications for large-scale initiatives.Proven expertise in designing creative and impactful PowerPoint presentations and visual communication materials.Experience managing content on SharePoint pages or similar platforms, including microsite management.Background supporting large corporate or technology transformations and initiatives.Experience in scriptwriting, video production, and persona development for communication efforts.Experience working in complex, technical environments, with the ability to simplify and communicate highly technical content effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring content for diverse organizational levels.Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe InDesign, and strong copywriting skills.Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive communication plans using project management tools.
