Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to help identify business needs and develop effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes and technology, along with the ability to bridge the gap between them to create streamlined solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and propose technological solutions that align with those needs.
Work with stakeholders to clearly define and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making processes.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and testing of feasible solutions.
Partner with project managers and development teams to design and implement systems and solutions.
Perform system testing to confirm that the solutions meet the established requirements.
Provide user training and technical support post-implementation.
Develop and present reports to both technical and non-technical team members.
Write comprehensive user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure development teams understand project requirements.
Assist in managing the product backlog, aligning it with business objectives and project timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.
Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking and managing work items, sprints, and releases.
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to keep tasks prioritized and aligned with development needs.
Lead sprint planning meetings to ensure development teams understand the scope and objectives of each sprint.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical business analysis within a similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and system integration solutions.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Ability to train internal users and promote user proficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of data security, encryption, and privacy standards.
Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

Technical Skills:

Data Analysis & Visualization: Skilled with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other related technologies.
Database Management: Understanding of database concepts, with experience in systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
SDLC Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches.
Business Intelligence (BI): Expertise with BI tools for decision-making.
Process Modeling & Workflow Analysis: Proficient in creating process models and analyzing workflows to improve business operations.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Strong ability to gather, document, and manage technical requirements for complex projects.
Software Testing: Knowledge of software testing techniques, including test case creation and user acceptance testing.
Programming Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or R is a plus.
