About the Role:
We are looking for a Change Communications Consultant to join our Project, Process, and Change team. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic communication plans for large-scale transformational initiatives. The consultant will engage with internal stakeholders to create communication strategies that drive business process and technology changes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communications Planning:
    • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
    • Create and manage communication plans supporting transformation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with key teams (Program Managers, Change Managers, Marketing, etc.) to align communication efforts.
    • Write and design internal and external communications, including presentations, articles, website copy, and video scripts.
  • Consultation and Content Design:
    • Design and develop visually compelling presentations and other assets.
    • Manage communication assets in MS Teams, SharePoint, or other platforms for easy access and organization.
    • Advise teams on best practices related to messaging, tone, and communication tools.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Adjust communication approaches based on audience feedback to improve effectiveness.
    • Develop innovative tactics to drive engagement and support transformation efforts.
    • Collaborate with teams to refine communication strategies.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication efforts.
    • Conduct research to ensure messages are relevant and impactful.
    • Analyze communication effectiveness and use insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in strategic and tactical internal communications.
    • Proven ability to design creative PowerPoint presentations and visual aids.
    • Experience with managing SharePoint content and microsites.
    • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
    • Background in corporate and technology transformations.
    • Experience in script writing, video development, and persona creation.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience creating content for diverse audiences.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong PowerPoint and design skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a creative, adaptable mindset.
    • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Effective at engaging stakeholders in various settings.
