Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced learning designer and facilitator to join our Project, Process, and Change Practices team. This role involves designing, facilitating, and refining training programs focused on project management, change management, and process improvement for global audiences in various formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization, ensuring the success of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain training programs on project management, change management, and process improvement for internal teams.
  • Refine and update content based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate engaging, effective training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure relevance and alignment.
  • Create evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness and learner progress.
  • Maintain records of training activities and generate reports to track outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience designing and developing instructional materials and training programs.
  • Expertise in creating engaging training content for diverse formats (e-learning, ILT, VILT, etc.).
  • Experience with gamification and multimedia tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and data-driven instructional design.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training software.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field; certification is a plus.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and change management frameworks is advantageous.
