AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to support our client on a full-time basis. The salary range is $150,000- $185,000 (DOE).
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR management, including 5 years of leadership in labor relations and 3 years in risk management.
- Professional HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR issues, lead negotiations, and resolve disputes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid California driver's license (or ability to obtain one).
