Job Description

We are currently in search of an AI Engineer who is enthusiastic about emerging AI technologies, particularly those from Microsoft. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Applications, this role involves collaborating with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and sustain advanced generative AI applications that address organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop: Craft AI solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure tools (Power Automate, Power Desktop, Forms, Azure AI Studio).
  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define software specifications, and provide technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Build and Maintain: Create efficient, reliable, and scalable AI code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Utilize Azure Services: Develop cloud-based AI applications using Azure services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Integrate GenAI: Develop and integrate Generative AI applications, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to enhance software functionality and user experience.
  • Azure Machine Learning: Utilize Azure Machine Learning for model training, deployment, and management.
  • Participate: Engage in team meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.
  • Develop Training Materials: Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for team members and end-users.
  • Test and Debug: Execute thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of AI applications to ensure quality and minimize defects.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, and identify opportunities for their implementation to enhance AI development processes and efficiency.
  • Document: Document AI designs, procedures, and guidelines for maintainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Support: Offer technical support to end-users, addressing AI-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure-based AI tools and the Power Platform, with an understanding of GenAI applications and Microsoft AI/ML frameworks.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex AI requirements and offer innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive about learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as an AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Azure-based tools.
