As part of this team, you'll collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, driving innovation and excellence across business operations.Key Responsibilities: Act as the Workday technical subject matter expert, providing HR system administration and support while leading HR system configuration, enhancements, and deployments.Manage and maintain the HR system (Workday), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR managers, and external vendors to define business process improvements and system solutions that meet customer needs.Lead application upgrades, including testing, training, and post-implementation support.Define systems scope and objectives, working closely with users to understand business needs and industry requirements.Oversee HRIS activities including system integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, system testing, and go-live support.Analyze complex HRIS business processes, data, and user requirements to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.Stay up to date on trends in HR technology and regulatory requirements impacting HR, Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll systems.Develop comprehensive test plans, ensure proper testing procedures, and manage post-testing activities.Think strategically about how HRIS solutions can evolve to support future business needs and projects. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.8+ years of experience working with HRMS, including extensive Workday experience across HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Payroll processes.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of HR data management concepts and issues.Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.Experienced in mentoring and guiding team members, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and promoting team collaboration.
