As part of this team, you'll collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, driving innovation and excellence across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Workday technical subject matter expert, providing HR system administration and support while leading HR system configuration, enhancements, and deployments.
  • Manage and maintain the HR system (Workday), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR managers, and external vendors to define business process improvements and system solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Lead application upgrades, including testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Define systems scope and objectives, working closely with users to understand business needs and industry requirements.
  • Oversee HRIS activities including system integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, system testing, and go-live support.
  • Analyze complex HRIS business processes, data, and user requirements to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on trends in HR technology and regulatory requirements impacting HR, Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll systems.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, ensure proper testing procedures, and manage post-testing activities.
  • Think strategically about how HRIS solutions can evolve to support future business needs and projects.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience working with HRMS, including extensive Workday experience across HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Payroll processes.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of HR data management concepts and issues.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experienced in mentoring and guiding team members, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
