Looking for a data and analytics focused program manager to help build ROI cases for the investment of resources, advocate for improved candidate experiences and help strategize improved employment brand in the greater marketplace. You'll be putting together sourcing strategies and create a lot of data-driven reports based on your overall understanding of the recruiting experience and landscape. You'll be working EST hours and must be able to travel Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or HR or related (Masters preferred)
- High-volume sourcing/recruiting experience
- Experience with marketing / employment brand management
- Good experience using data and analytics to influence decisions
- Demonstrated experience building innovative strategies to improve candidate generation through technology, third-party vendors, social media etc.
- Good communication skills
