Looking for an Administrative Assistant to support various duties for the Recruiting/HR department. You'll be tasked with scheduling interviews, preparing necessary info packets, booking various items (e.g. rooms, travel), greeting interviewees and other relevant tasks.
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally in a recruiting/HR field
- Highly organized and detail oriented. Double and triple check everything.
- Strong customer service skills, you'll be responsible for greeting interviewees
- Demonstrated ability with scheduling, coordinating and booking necessary tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be okay with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
