Who does an ERP Systems Analyst Report to? ERP Systems Analysts report to a Manager of ERP Applications, Director of Cloud, a Director of IT, an IT Operations Manager, an IT Manager, Infrastructure Manager, or the VP of Information Technology.
What does an ERP Systems Analyst do? ERP Systems Analysts are responsible for maintaining and enhancing a company’s technical business systems. ERP Systems Analysts will fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, manage schedules for system maintenance and database backup, perform system upgrades, and assist with training needs and security administration. An ERP Systems role usually requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience. Some employers may not insist upon a Bachelor’s degree.
